1.Responsible for interfacing with customers prior to and/or after sale.
2.Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3.Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
4.Develops and maintains positive customer relations by ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
5.Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
1.Excellent Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication skills.
2.Knowledge of CRM systems/Computers.
